Community School Collaborative Operations Coordinator

About the Organization

The Community School Collaborative (CSC) provides career exploration and work-based learning opportunities for middle school students across Park County. We believe middle school is a pivotal time to expand what students see as possible for their futures.

Through programs like Cougar Career Days, Pop-Up Clubs, and Job Shadows, CSC connects students with real professionals, real workplaces, and real pathways. Our work is rooted in the belief that early exposure builds confidence, direction, and long-term opportunity.

We partner with schools, local businesses, and community members to ensure that all students, regardless of background or geography, have access to meaningful, hands-on career exploration experiences.

EOE Statement

Community School Collaborative is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees and applicants and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, sex, age, disability, or any other protected status.

We encourage applicants from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences to apply. If you are interested in this role, we invite you to consider how your skills and experiences may align, even if they do not match every listed qualification.
